He has lived in different parts of Idaho, USA including Boise and Moscow.
On July 19, 2011, he was arrested in Tarpon Springs, Florida for domestic battery.
On January 2, 2018, he filed a lawsuit against Scott Michael Linden in Pinellas, Florida.
On January 6, 2021, he went to the U.S. Capitol building in Washington, D.C., USA wearing a blue and burgundy hoodie and a camouflage baseball cap with orange lettering saying “Make America Great Again”. He and other supporters of Donald Trump breached the building while a joint session of Congress was certifying the vote of the Electoral College and affirming Joe Biden‘s victory in the 2020 presidential election.
On July 15, 2021, two Federal Bureau of Investigation agents interviewed him in person. He declined to answer substantive questions about his presence at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.
On September 22, 2023, U.S. Magistrate Judge Robin M. Meriweather signed a criminal complaint filed by an FBI agent against him.
On September 26, 2023, he was arrested in Holiday. For his participation in the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, he was charged with civil disorder; entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds; disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds; disorderly conduct in a U.S. Capitol building; and parading, demonstrating or picketing in a U.S. Capitol building.
He was 37 years old when he made his initial appearance on September 27, 2023 in the Middle District of Florida in Orlando, Florida.
