Noelia Voigt, 23, of Park City, Utah, United States is Miss USA 2023. She is of Venezuelan descent.
Voigt is a licensed esthetician and a certified lash technician She previously lived in Birmingham, Alabama, USA, in Sarasota, Florida, USA and in Nokomis, Florida.
An alumna of Pine View School in Osprey, Florida, Voigt was fourth runner-up to Miss Florida Teen USA 2017 Victoria DiSorbo and first runner-up to Miss Florida Teen USA 2018 Lou Schieffelin. Voigt went on to win Miss Teen Florida United States 2018, Miss Collegiate Alabama 2020, Miss Connecticut Collegiate America 2021.
Miss USA 2023
In May 2021, Voigt entered the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama to pursue a bachelor’s degree in interior design. On January 15, 2022, she represented Camelia at Miss Alabama USA 2022 and became runner-up to Katelyn Vinson.
On January 28, 2023, Voigt represented Greystone at Miss Alabama USA 2023 and became runner-up to Sophie Burzynski. On July 8, 2023, Voigt represented Park City at Miss Utah USA 2023 and won the title.
Representing Utah, Voigt won Miss USA at Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada, USA on September 29, 2023, besting 50 other candidates. She is the second Miss USA from Utah following Linda Bement, who was crowned in 1960.
Miss Universe 2023
As Miss USA 2023, Voigt will represent the U.S. at Miss Universe 2023. Including her, more than 80 women are expected to compete for the crown.
The Miss Universe 2023 coronation ceremony will be held in San Salvador, El Salvador on November 18, 2023. Among Voigt’s competitors is Diana Silva, 26, of Venezuela.
If Voigt wins Miss Universe 2023, she will be the international beauty pageant’s 10th titleholder from the U.S. The country won the title via Miriam Stevenson in 1954, Carol Morris in 1956, Bement in 1960, Sylvia Hitchcock in 1967, Shawn Weatherly in 1980, Chelsi Smith in 1995, Brook Lee in 1997, Olivia Culpo in 2012 and R’Bonney Gabriel in the 2022 edition.
