Wearing a black jacket and dark-colored hat with a “dk” logo and holding two canisters of Oleoresin capsicum (OC) spray, he allegedly breached the building along with Donald Trump‘s supporters while a joint session of Congress was certifying the vote of the Electoral College and affirming Joe Biden‘s victory in the 2020 presidential election.
  13. He was 40 years old when he was arrested on October 12, 2023 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. For his participation in the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, he was charged with  civil disorder; assaulting, resisting or impeding federal officers; disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds; engaging in physical violence in a restricted building or grounds; and act of physical violence in the U.S. Capitol grounds or buildings.
