  3. On January 6, 2021, he went to the U.S. Capitol building in Washington, D.C., USA. He and other supporters of Donald Trump breached the building while a joint session of Congress was certifying the vote of the Electoral College and affirming Joe Biden‘s victory in the 2020 presidential election. During the riot, he assaulted a law enforcement officer and obstructed, impeded or interfered with a law enforcement officer.
  4. In July 2021, he submitted an application for employment with the Montgomery County Police Department.
  5. On January 31, 2022, he was hired as a Montgomery County Police Department officer. He was assigned to the Patrol Services Bureau.
  6. At around 10:30 a.m. on July 22, 2023, he fired at Ordonez after Ordonez allegedly stabbed four people in the Unique Thrift Store on Veirs Mill Road in the Aspen Hill, Montgomery County. The Montgomery County Police Department placed him on administrative leave. Ordonez was pronounced dead at the scene.
