Walter Glenn Primrose, 68, and his wife Gwynn Darle Morrison, 68, are residents of Kapolei, Honolulu, Hawaii, United States. He is a U.S. Coast Guard veteran.
Primrose and Morrison attended Calhoun High School in Port Lavaca, Texas, USA from 1970 to 1973 and Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches, Texas from 1976 to 1979. On August 19, 1980, they got married in Nacogdoches.
In 1967, Charlotte Fort gave birth to Bobby Edward Fort in born in Dallas, Texas, USA. In 1968, Doralene Casey gave birth to Julie Lyn Montague in Burnet, Texas in 1968.
Both babies died as infants. Primrose stole Bobby’s identity while Morrison stole Montague’s identity.
On August 8, 1988, Primrose and Morrison remarried in Austin, Texas, assuming Bobby and Montague‘s respective identities. In 1994, he fraudulently enlisted into the U.S. Coast Guard in Bobby’s identity, making himself 12 years younger than his real age.
On July 22, 2022, Primrose and Morrison were arrested at their Kapolei residence. At the time, he was employed s a U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) contractor while she was unemployed.
Primrose and Morrison were each charged with identity theft and conspiring against the government. Both argued in court that their actions did not harm anyone.
On October 30, 2023, Primrose and Morrison were found guilty on October 30, 2023 of conspiracy, passport fraud and identity theft. Before reaching guilty verdicts, jurors deliberated for around two hours.
