13. He was 67 years old and working as a DOD contractor when he and Morrison were arrested in their Kapolei residence on July 22, 2022. They were charged with identity theft and conspiring against the government. Photos of the couple in uniforms that belonged to the former Soviet Union spy agency Komitet Gosudarstvennoy Bezopasnosti (KGB) were included in the court records.
