Majorjon Allen Kaylor, 32, of Kellogg, Silver Valley, Shoshone County, Idaho, United States is married to Kaylie Croston Kaylor, 32. Aside from Kellogg, he has lived in other parts of Idaho including Hayden and Coeur d’Alene.

Majorjon and Kaylie lived with their daughters in an apartment in Kellogg. Recently, new neighbors moved into the apartment below the family’s apartment.

The new neighbors were Devin Smith, 18, his brother Aiken Smith, their mother Kenna Guardipee, 41, and her father Kenneth Guardipee, 65. Kenna was a single mother and Kenneth was recovering after a heart attack.

Devin had a learning disability. He had just graduated from high school.

On June 13, 2023, Devin stood fully nude in front of a window masturbating in front of Kaylie and her daughters, according to Kaylie. The Kellogg Police Department was called and a misdemeanor charge of indecent exposure would be filed against him.

According to Majorjon, he told Kenneth and Kenna about what Devin did but neither Kenneth nor Kenna took it seriously.
