Anderson communicated with the boy on Discord, an instant messaging and voice over internet protocol (VoIP) social platform. They had sexual conversations and agreed to meet on August 21, 2023.

In Anderson’s conversations with the boy, they talked about making pillow forts and building LEGOs. This indicates that the former was aware that the latter was a minor.

According to the boy, Anderson was his boyfriend. The two met twice and had sex in the Upper Providence Township man’s car.

On April 12, 2024, Anderson was arraigned. He was charged with statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, unlawful contact with a minor, rape of a child, corruption of minors, criminal use of a communication facility and indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age.

Bail for Anderson was set at $200,000. At 10:00 a.m. on April 25, 2024, he will attend his preliminary hearing in court before Magisterial District Judge Suzan Leonard.

Aside from Upper Providence Township, Anderson also has recent addresses in Levittown, Bristol Township, Pennsylvania and Montgomery County. He is being held at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility in Eagleville, Montgomery County.
