Who is Henry Nolkemper?
Henry Edward Nolkemper is an American man from Los Angeles, California, United States. He had a criminal history and context with mental health, according to Los Angeles Police Department assistant chief Blake Chow.

- In 1983, he was convicted of second-degree burglary. On September 16, 1984, he was arrested after allegedly vandalizing and robbing churches in Los Angeles.
- In 1987, he, with an accomplice, burglarized two occupied residences and fired his gun at two homeowners. He was arrested and sentenced to nine years in prison.
- In 1992, he was convicted of committing battery on a correctional officer and sentenced to two years in state prison.
- In May 1994, he was released on parole. In December 1994, he returned to prison for violating parole.
