Aaron Tyler Butler, 34, of Goshen, Sullivan County, New Hampshire, United States has been arrested. He is also known as Diablo and Crook.
In 2006, Butler was incarcerated after pleading guilty to second-degree assault and criminal threatening. He committed both crimes in Sullivan County.
In April 2011, Butler was charged with conspiracy to sell and sale of controlled-narcotic drugs. On July 16, 2011, he was arrested in Concord, Merrimack County, New Hampshire for possession of marijuana.
In January 2012, Butler pleaded guilty to conspiracy to sell and sale of controlled-narcotic drugs. In February 2012, he was charged with possession of controlled drugs and false report to law enforcement.
In 2019, Butler was convicted for conspiracy to distribute heroin. After being placed on federal supervised release, he continued committing crimes, which violated the conditions of his release.
Warrants for Butler’s arrest were issued on November 2, 2022 and November 14, 2022 for a federal probation violation and state charges including being a felon in possession of a dangerous weapon and possession of cocaine, fentanyl and methamphetamine with intent to distribute. In December 2022, he was featured as the Fugitive of the Week in New Hampshire.
On April 23, 2024, Butler was arrested in Goshen by the U.S. Marshals Service with the help of the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office and the police department of Newport, Sullivan County.
