Vincent’s father is Irish while her Filipino mother Josephine Martinez Velasquez Vincent is from Bacoor, Cavite, Philippines. When Victoria was a little girl, she and her family visited Bacoor.

Amid the new coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic in 2020, Victoria spent the quarantine in Auckland. In June 2021, she accepted pre-orders of framed prints of photographs she took using either a Sony A7R3 or a DJI Mavic Pro 2 during her previous travels in New Zealand, the Philippines, Australia and Indonesia and donated 100% of the net proceeds to Filipino nongovernment organizations.
