On April 16, 2021, he was arraigned and he pleaded not guilty to all counts.

  9. On October 26, 2022, he pleaded guilty to entering and remaining in a restricted area or grounds.
  10. On December 14, 2022, The Citadel suspended him.
  11. On March 15, 2023, U.S. District Court Judge Tanya Chutkan sentenced him to 14 days in jail in a federal court hearing in Washington, D.C. and required him to pay $500 restitution.
  12. In November 2023, he turned 22.
  13. On March 27, 2024, he filed as a Republican candidate for House District 43, which includes parts of York County and Chester County, South Carolina.
