Who is Tighe Scott?

On November 3, 2020, Joe Biden won the U.S. presidential election, defeating Donald Trump. On January 6, 2021, Trump’s supporters breached the U.S. Capitol building in Washington, D.C., USA while a joint session of the U.S. Congress was certifying the vote of the Electoral College and affirming Biden’s victory.

  12. On June 4, 2024, U.S. Magistrate Judge Zia M. Faruqui signed a criminal complaint filed by a Federal Bureau of Investigation special agent against him.
  13. On June 5, 2024, he was arrested by FBI agents in Pennsylvania. For his participation in the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, he was charged with two felony offenses and five misdemeanors.
