Nathaniel Walter Radimak, 37, of New York, United States was released to parole supervision in Los Angeles County, California, USA on August 28, 2024. He has served his full sentence as defined by law, according to the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.
Born in Rome, Oneida County, New York, Radimak has lived in different parts of California including Los Angeles, Studio City, Canonga Park, San Diego, Apple Valley and La Jolla. He is a former resident of Honolulu, Hawaii, USA.

Radimak has a long rap sheet. He is accused of attacking a driver in a road-rage incident in Hollywood, Los Angeles in January 2020, punching a woman in the face in October 2021 and threatening to assault another woman, then 74, outside a doctor’s office in Glendale, Los Angeles County in June 2022.
On November 9, 2022, Radimak allegedly attacked a woman at a storage facility in Atwater Village, Los Angeles. Later that day, he allegedly threatened another woman on a freeway and broke one of her headlights.
On November 25, 2022, Radimak was stopped for a vehicle code violation on Irwindale Avenue in Irwindale, Los Angeles County and was cited for driving without a license. While driving a black 2022 Tesla Model X on State Route 2 near York Boulevard in Los Angeles on January 11, 2023, he allegedly terrorized at least 10 other drivers.
That day, Radimak was caught on camera swerving in front of another vehicle. He allegedly hit the driver’s side of the other vehicle with a metal pipe.
On January 29, 2023, the California Highway Patrol’s Southern Division Major Crimes Unit arrested Radimak in Torrance, Los Angeles County. He was charged with assault with a deadly weapon.
Bail for Radimak was set at $5 million. On January 31, 2023, he made his first appearance in court and pleaded not guilty to complaints from 12 people claiming he attacked them in their vehicles.
On September 18, 2023, Radimak pleaded guilty to assault, vandalism, elder abuse and criminal threats. He was sentenced to five years in prison.

Reading that he was for methamphemine tells me all I need to know about why this loose cannon was terrorizing the public on our freeways. I only hope that he gets plenty jail time and doesn’t get a pass from guys like Mr. Gascone.

The man also battling family demons. This grandfather had 3rd and 6th degree charges but his grandson finally got arrested at 36 years old. He could conquer those demons.

He also was found with $30k and a ton of steroids in his vehicle. Steroid use is likelier the reason for the off the rails anger but meth definitely wouldn’t help either.
