Mexico in Mister World

Mexico currently has seven Mister World placements. Founded by Eric Morley, the international beauty pageant is based in London, England, United Kingdom.

Mr. World is one of the six grand slam international beauty pageants for men. The others are Mister International, Mister Global, Mister Supranational, Mister Grand International and Man of the World.

Eleven men have represented Mexico in Mr. World. Here are their names and their respective placements:

  1. 1996: Gabriel Soto Borja-Diaz (first runner-up)
  2. 1998: Eduardo Rodríguez Álvarez (unplaced)
  3. 2000: Guido Quiles (Top 10)
  4. 2003: José Luis Reséndez Santos (Top 5)
  5. 2007: Jorge Iván Aceves Villalpando (unplaced)
  6. 2010: Alvaro Alvarez (Top 15)
  7. 2012: Enrique Mayagoitia (unplaced)
  8. 2014: José Pablo Minor (second runner-up)
  9. 2016:  Aldo Esparza Ramirez (second runner-up)
  10. 2019: Brian Faugier (second runner-up)
  11. 2024: Alan Salazar (TBA)
