He’s got so many more charges and/or cases against him if you search on the San Diego court website. 9/27, 9/27, 10/24, 12/23/2023 and 01/17/2024 is not populating. The last was a judgement he lost. He showed up drunk, no lawyer and is being evicted. It was also for lewd behavior by exposing his genitalia and assault on two men. He was told he’d lose his deferment program if anything else happened. Was arrested again for drunk and disorderly in public. The police were called Monday the 5th for drunk driving. He drove to the Humane Society and pulled out nunchucks. He’s also had MANY calls to animal control over releasing his pets loose (kicking the two dogs out) and beating them. On Dec 12th ABC News 10 shared a video of him dragging his dog by his SUV in Normal Heights where he currently resides. https://www.10news.com/news/local-news/video-shows-driver-dragging-dog-alongside-suv-in-normal-heights-neighborhood Not an isolated incident. Also he’s got three restraining orders for theft, assault, harassment, brandishing a weapon (gun) on neighbors. I’m told the gun and nunchucks have both been surrendered. There’s so much more sadly. This is mainly from July to two nights ago.
