2025
- On April 29, 2025, a U.S. magistrate judge signed his arrest warrant. Before the day ended, FBI agents arrested him on UTSA campus. The university placed him on paid administrative leave. He was charged with possession of child pornography and knowingly accessing with intent to view any material that contained an image of child pornography.
