Jacob “Jake” Moore is an American pastor from North Carolina, United States. He is the author of “Bitter to Better: A Journey from Hardship to Hope“, which claims to give practical steps and transformative practices to guide people through life’s toughest seasons.

Moore earned a master’s degree in ministry from Piedmont International University, which has been renamed Carolina University, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He also earned a master’s degree in leadership from Luther Rice University in Lithonia, Georgia, USA and a master’s degree in business administration from Eastern New Mexico University in Portales, New Mexico, USA.

Moore grew up in Western North Carolina where he met his wife Corrie Moore. They have three children together namely Levi Moore, Hadleigh Moore and Arden Moore.

TIMELINE

Jake denied Milestone Church’s theft allegation in 2021, stating that it stemmed from a disagreement with church leadership. After his arrest that year, Ignite Church explained that despite believing he was innocent, it had to take some precautionary measures including revoking his access to church finances.
