At around 5:00 p.m. on October 26, 2025, West Bridgewater Police Department officers responded for a report of a disturbance at the store. Earlier that afternoon, an employee saw Olivia and Rahjane concealing items like lobster meat, prime ribeye steaks and truffle butter in a bag while shopping.

When another employee confronted Olivia and Rahjane because they did not pay for the items at checkout, the two women became argumentative. They screamed obscenities and assaulted two employees.

“Touch me again and I’ll f—–g kill you, n—-r,” Olivia told the employees. “Touch me again. I warned you, you p—y.”

“Don’t you ever run up on me,” Olivia continued. “Do something, p—y. Do something, p—y. You (are) a p—y n—-r.”

The altercation was filmed by Jeff Cuddy, who was at the store buying steaks that afternoon. He told NBC Boston, “I had my cellphone on me, because I had my grocery list on there obviously. I look over there and they are fighting like crazy.”

Officers arrested Olivia and Rahjane without further incident. The sisters were charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, shoplifting by asportation and disorderly conduct.

Olivia told the officers that she and her sisters were filling an Instacart order but it was canceled. When asked to provide proof of her claim, she said it had disappeared from her phone.

On October 27, 2025, Olivia and Rahjane were arraigned in Brockton District Court in Brockton, Massachusetts and released on their own personal recognizance. On December 17, 2025, they will be back in court.
