William Nsomo represented Wouri, Littoral Region, Cameroon at Misters of Cameroon 2025 and competed against 10 other candidates at the Hôtel Vallée des Princes in Douala, Cameroon on August 17, 2025. He ranked first and was declared the king.
Runner-up to Nsomo was Minyem Gwet Hermann of Sanaga-Maritime. The respective second, third and fourth runners-up were were Nana Francky of Nde, Youssouf Danilo Kouam of Bénoué and Jean Baptiste Toche of Mifi.
Misters of Cameroon 2026 candidates
On April 17, 2026, Nsomo will crown his successor at the Complexe Culturel le Bunker in Nlongkak, Yaoundé, Cameroon. This marks the second edition of the national beauty pageant that selects the country’s representatives to international beauty pageants including Mister Cosmopolitan, Mister Cosmo International, Mister Glam International, Mister Tourism Africa and Mister Heritage.
From 32 candidates, only 17 are still competing for the Misters of Cameroon 2026 crown. Here are the finalists:

Yves Doret was originally included as a finalist representing Océan, South Province, Cameroon. However, he withdrew from the competition.
On October 31, 2025, Toche represented Cameroon at Mister Tourism Africa 2025, competed against seven other candidates in Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria. He finished in the Top 5.
On November 29, 2025, Hermann represented Cameroon at Mister Glam International 2025 and competed against 17 other candidates at the SkyDome at SM North EDSA in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. He was fourth runner-up to Thanaphat “Neil” Petchpraphai of Thailand.
On December 14, 2025, Kouam was officially appointed Mister Heritage Cameroon 2025. On May 26, 2026, Nsomo will represent Cameroon at Mister Heritage 2026 at the Tanghalang Pasigueño in Pasig City, Metro Manila.
