Somto Alexander Nnoruga represented Abia, Nigeria at Misters of Nigeria 2025 and competed against 35 other candidates at the Musical Society of Nigeria (MUSON) Centre in Onikan, Lagos, Nigeria. He ranked first and was selected as the country’s representative to Manhunt International Male Supermodel 2025.
The runners-up were Mbamara Bethel Chidera, Victor Ngoka, David Eyo, Chidi Udengwu and Godwin Awaji. Mbara is Mister International Nigeria 2025, Ngoka is Mister Global Nigeria 2025 and Awaji is Mister Cosmopolitan Nigeria 2025.
Misters of Nigeria 2026
On April 23, 2026, Nnoruga will go back to the MUSOC Centre to crown his successor. It is the sixth edition of the national beauty pageant that selects the Mister International, Mister Global, Manhunt International Male Supermodel, Mister Cosmopolitan and Mister Model International candidates of Nigeria.
There are 15 men competing for the Misters of Nigeria 2026 titles. If sexiness is the only criterion, these will be my Top 5 finalists:

On June 10, 2025, Nnoruga represented Nigeria at Manhunt International Male Supermodel 2025 and competed against 36 other candidates at the CDC Ballroom in Bangkok, Thailand. He finished in the Top 10.
On September 7, 2025, Awaji represented Nigeria at Mister Cosmopolitan 2025 and competed against 17 other candidates at the Siam Fantasy in Bangkok, Thailand. He finished in the Top 10.
On September 25, 2025, Mbamara represented Nigeria at Mister International 2025 and competed against 41 other candidates at the MCC Hall of The Mall Lifestore Ngamwongwan in Nonthaburi, Thailand. He was third runner-up to Kirk Bondad of the Philippines.
On October 5, 2025, Ngoka represented Nigeria at Mister Global 2025 and competed against 36 other candidates at the MCC Hall of The Mall Lifestore Bangkapi in Bangkok. He finished in the Top 11.
