Jorjeans Caballero Gonzalez, 29, of Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States has been arrested. He is accused of using Snapchat and WhatsApp to send sexually explicit messages to underage victims.

Recently, the police department of Doral, Miami-Dade County received information about Caballero. Using the username Jorjeansc25, he allegedly had an inappropriate chat on Snapchat with a child, 11.
On March 27, 2026, the City of Doral Police Department started an undercover operation. A detective, pretending to be a girl aged 14, contacted Caballero on Snapchat. When he replied, he falsely claimed that he was a boy aged 15.
Later on, Caballero admitted that he was actually 29. In the Snapchat conversation, he said he wanted to meet who he thought was a teenage girl because he wanted a “romantic relationship with the right girl”.
Caballero told the fake girl he wanted to perform specific sexual acts on her. He also asked her to send him naked photos.
Moreover, Caballero offered to buy gifts. He even asked the fake girl if her parents knew and tried to convince her to meet at her residence while her parents were not home.
On May 20, 2026, Doral cops arrested Caballero outside his residence. While they were questioning him, he claimed that he was a person of special needs and did not fully understand his rights.
Caballero was charged with 16 counts of electronic transmission harmful to minors, six counts of promoting sexual performance by a child. He is also facing one count each of unlawful use of a communications device and seducing a child to engage in sexual conduct.
As of May 21, 2026, Caballero was in the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami, Miami-Dade County. His bond has yet to be set.

Since 2022, Christi Fraga has been the mayor of Doral. The city is home to the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office and the U.S. Southern Command.
