Vanessa Pulgarin Monsalve, 34, is one of the two beauty queens representing Colombia in the first edition of Miss Grand International (MGI) All Stars. The other one is Priscilla Londoño, 32.
Born in Medellin, Antioquia, Colombia to Carlos Pulgarin and Dalila Monsalve Jimenez, Vanessa studied social communication at the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in Medellin, Colombia. On September 13, 2025, Vanessa turned 34.
Miss International 2017
On July 29, 2016, Vanessa won Señorita Antioquia 2016 at Tulio Ospina Stadium in Bello, Antioquia. On March 20, 2017, she represented Antioquia at Señorita Colombia 2017 and competed against 22 other candidates at the Centro de Convenciones Hotel Las Américas Cartagena in Cartagena, Colombia.
Vanessa was runner-up to Laura Gonzalez and was crowned Miss International Colombia 2017. When Vanessa represented Colombia at Miss International 2017 on November 14, 2017, she competed against 68 other candidates at the Tokyo Dome City in Tokyo, Japan and was unplaced.
Miss Universe 2025
On April 12, 2025, Vanessa won Miss Universe Antioquia 2025. On September 28, 2025, she represented Antioquia at Miss Universe Colombia 2025, competed against 27 other finalists at the studio of Canal Radio Cadena Nacional (RCN) in Bogota, Colombia and won the title.
On November 21, 2025, Vanessa represented Colombia at Miss Universe 2025 and competed against 119 other candidates at the Impact Challenger Hall in Pak Kret, Nonthaburi. Thailand. She finished in the Top 12.
MGI All Stars 1st Edition
MGI All Stars features women who have competed in an international beauty pageant. It was officially launched on December 4, 2025.
The first edition of the competition features 56 candidates including Vanessa and Londoño. The latter was a Miss Grand International 2022 fifth runner-up.
On May 30, 2026, the MGI All Stars 1st Edition winner will be crowned at the MGI Hall in Bangkok, Thailand. Among Vanessa and Londoño’s fellow candidates are Miss Universe 2019 semifinalist Gazini Ganados, 30, of the Philippines, Miss International 2019 fourth runner-up Harriotte Lane, 24, of the United Kingdom, Miss Grand International 2022 fourth runner-up Mariana Beckova, 27, of the Czech Republic, Miss Grand International 2025 third runner-up Faith Maria Porter, 26, of Ghana and Miss Universe 2025 semifinalist Yamilex Hernandez, 30, of the Dominican Republic.
