Tahiti Seymour of Bodden Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands won Miss Universe Cayman Islands 2025 at The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort and Spa at Seven Mile Beach in Grand Cayman on August 9, 2025. She competed against three other candidates.
Runner-up to Seymour was Genesis Ryan of Bodden Town. The respective second and third runners-up were Gileen MacDonald of George Town and Tiona Miller of North Side.

On July 11, 2026, Seymour will crown her successor at Pedro St. James in Savannah, Grand Cayman. It is the 49th edition of the national beauty pageant that selects the Miss Universe candidate of the Cayman Islands.
