Runner-up to Musick was Alijah Johnson of New Jersey. The respective second, third and fourth runners-up were David Borum of Oklahoma, Clayton Maxwell Carlton of Indiana and Annirudh Ankola of California while Kristian Bandeira of Massachusetts finished in the Top 10.

On August 9, 2026, Musick will crown his successor at The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. It is the second edition of the national beauty pageant that chooses the Mister Global, Mister International, Mister Tourism World, Man of the Year, Mister Cosmo, Mister Friendship International and Mister Cosmopolitan candidates of the U.S.

From Mr. America Global to global states
On May 12, 2025, Riley Joseph Hedstrom of Minnesota was appointed Mr. America Global 2024 by Mr. America Global‘s parent company Live Style Brand, which is based in Washington, D.C. On June 14, 2025, Musick represented the U.S. at Mister Fitness Supermodel World 2025, competed against 14 other candidates at the Nguyen Tat Thanh Square in Quy Nhon , Binh Dinh , Vietnam and finished in the Top 11.
On October 5, 2025, Hedstrom represented the U.S. at Mister Global 2025, competed against 36 other candidates at the MCC Hall of The Mall Lifestore Bangkapi in Bangkok, Thailand and was third runner-up to Alejandro Ortega of Spain. On November 21, 2025, Carlton represented the U.S. at Man of the Year 2025, competed against 21 other candidates at The Shivanna in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia and finished in the Top 14.
On December 14, 2025, Ankola represented the U.S. at Mister Friendship International 2025, competed against 23 other candidates at 515 Victory in Bangkok and was unplaced. On February 12, 2026, Johnson represented the U.S. at Mister Tourism World 2025, competed against 18 other candidates in Chiang Mai, Thailand and was second runner-up to Phacharaphon Suksamran of Thailand.
The man who will represent the U.S. at Mister International 2026 at the MCC Hall of The Mall Lifestore Bangkapi on September 26, 2026 has yet to be confirmed. On October 11, 2026, Musick will represent the U.S. at Mister Global 2026 in Thailand.
