India is currently the only country with more than one Miss Supranational crown. Representing the country, Asha Bhat and Srinidhi Shetty won the title in 2014 and 2016, respectively.
In 2009, Oksana Moria of Ukraine won the inaugural edition of the international beauty pageant. It was won by Karina Pinilla of Panama in 2010, Monika Lewczuk of Poland in 2011, Katsiaryna Buraya of Belarus in 2012, Mutya Datul of the Philippines in 2013 and Stephania Stegman of Paraguay in 2015.
By winning Miss Supranational in 2017, Jenny Kim of South Korea made history as the first Korean to win a grand slam international beauty pageant for women. Her successor in 2018 was Valeria Vasquez of Puerto Rico.
Anntonia Porsild of Thailand won the title in 2019 and continued to reign in 2020 because the competition was cancelled amid the new coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The title was won by Lalela Mswane of South Africa in 2022, Andrea Aguilera of Ecuador in 2023, Harashta Haifa Zahra of Indonesia in 2024 and Eduarda Braum in 2025.
