Frederickburg, Pennsylvania’s Elizabeth Voight is Miss USA 2026 second runner-up

Elizabeth “Liz” Cash Voight competed in Miss Pennsylvania USA twice. She represented Pennsylvania, United States in the 75th edition of Miss USA.

BIOGRAPHY

Voight is an American teacher, reading specialist, basketball coach, model and beauty queen from Fredericksburg, Pennsylvania. She is an alumna of Northern Lebanon High School in Fredericksburg and Penn State University in University Park, Pennsylvania.

While pursuing a master’s degree to become a reading specialist and teaching first grade in the Cornwall-Lebanon School District in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, Voight reigned as Miss Pennsylvania USA 2026. Here are 13 more things about her:

• On January 30, 2018, she scored her 1,000th point for the girls’ basketball team of Northern Lebanon High School.

2020s

• On April 16, 2023, she represented Fredericksburg at Miss Pennsylvania USA 2023 and competed against 50 other candidates at the Richland Performing Arts Center in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. She was runner-up to Jasmine Daniels.
• On April 20, 2023, she became a first-grade teacher inthe Cornwall-Lebanon School District.
• On June 29, 2024, she represented Fredericksburg at Miss Pennsylvania USA 2024 and competed against 42 other candidates at the Richland Performing Arts Center in Johnstown. She was runner-up to Noni Diarra.
• On June 30, 2026, she was appointed Miss Pennsylvania USA 2026.
• On August 27, 2026, she represented Pennsylvania at Miss USA 2026 and competed against 50 other candidates at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts in Miami, Florida. She was second runner-up to Justus Kelley of Virginia, USA.
