18 Miss Universe Slovakia 2025 candidates competing in reality show

Petra Sivakova competed against 11 other Miss Slovenso 2023 candidates in Bratislava, Slovakia on June 24, 2023. She was runner-up to Daniela Vojtasova while Kinga Puhová was crowned Miss Universe Slovakia 2023.

On September 18, 2024, Sivakova was appointed Miss Universe Slovakia 2024. Her successor will be crowned in the final episode of a reality show by Pure Model Management that will be aired on October 7, 2025, marking the inaugural edition of the national beauty pageant that selects Slovakia’s Miss Universe candidate.

On May 21, 1994, Silvia Lakatošová represented Slovakia at Miss Universe 1994, competed against 76 other candidates at the Philippine International Convention Center in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines and finished in the Top 6. It is the first and still the only Miss Universe placement of Slovakia.

Formed on October 28, 1918, Czechoslovakia was dissolved on January 1, 1993 and split into two countries namely the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Originally crowned Miss Czechoslovakia 1992, Pavlína Babůrková represented the Czech Republic at Miss Universe 1993, competed against 78 other candidates at the Auditorio Nacional in Mexico City, Mexico and finished in the Top 10.

Slovakia was represented in Miss Universe by Miss Slovensko from 1994 to 1995, Miss Universe Slovenskej Republiky from 1999 to 2018 and in 2022, Miss Česko-Slovensko in 2019, and a Miss Slovensko runner-up from 2023 to 2024. The country’s Miss Universe franchise was held by Jozef Oklamck from 1995 to 1998, Lakatošová from 1999 to 2022 and Miss Management A.S. from 2023 to 2024 and Pure Model Management became the new franchise holder in 2025.
