Stephanie Barber, 22, won Miss Arkansas USA 2021 on May 23, 2021, in Fort Smith, competing against 21 candidates. She represented Arkansas at Miss USA 2021 but did not place. On April 10, 2022, she crowned Rylie Wagner as Miss Arkansas USA 2022 at the same venue.
