Vallejo, California’s Marvin Mutch booked into Solano County Jail
Marvin Lee Mutch, a 68-year-old convicted felon from Vallejo, California, was previously sentenced to life for the murder of 13-year-old Cassie Riley in 1974. After being paroled in 2016, he was recently arrested for possessing child pornography and firearms. Mutch's bond is set at $300,000, with a hearing scheduled for May 27, 2025.
