Mohamad Majd Deiry and Samer Rayya, principals of Black Shield Ltd, an arms company based in Iraq, are wanted by the FBI for allegedly conspiring to export munitions from the US to Sudan and Iraq without required licenses. They are accused of illegally acquiring $4 million worth of 23-millimeter ammunition and engaging in international money laundering.
