Pedro Mendes from Switzerland won Mister International 2016 in the Philippines, competing against 36 candidates. He later crowned Paul Iskandar from Lebanon as his successor in Thailand. Iskandar previously played basketball for Champville and earned a degree in health and physical education from Notre Dame University during 2011-2015.
35 Mister International 2016 candidates competing in Bangkok
Pedro Mendes from Switzerland won the title of Mister International 2016 on November 30, 2015, in Manila, competing against 35 candidates. The runners-up included Brazil's Anderson Tomazini and South Korea's Lee Sang Jin. Mendes will crown his successor on February 13, 2017, in Bangkok for the 11th edition of the pageant.
