Special awards went to Kerrie Blakeney (Miss Congeniality) and Emma Caroline Gaddy (Miss Photogenic). Madeleine Overby represented Mississippi in Miss USA 2019 but was unplaced.

Marjorie Marcelle Corrêa Angelotti, 23, from Brazil, was the fourth runner-up in the Miss Grand International 2019 pageant held in Venezuela. The Miss Universe 2019 coronation ceremony is likely set for December 8 in Atlanta, USA, instead of South Korea. Organizers are in discussions with local authorities regarding venue options.
