Toni-Ann Singh, 23, from Jamaica, was crowned Miss World Jamaica 2019 on September 21, besting 15 candidates. A Florida State University student aspiring to be a doctor, she also won the Talent challenge and several other awards. Singh will represent Jamaica at Miss World 2019 in London on December 14.

Vandave Paragas, 20, from Bayambang, Pangasinan, won the title of Mister Tourism and Culture Universe Philippines 2019, at Misters of Filipinas 2019. Hosted in San Juan City, Metro Manila, he represented Pasig City and also secured three special awards. Paragas is the first to win this title under Misters of Filipinas.
