Pedro Jose "Tata" Silva Ochoa, extradited from Chile to the U.S., will appear in court in Miami on April 18, 2024. He, along with two others, kidnapped and drugged two U.S. soldiers in Colombia in 2020, subsequently used their cards, and left the country. The other suspects have been arrested and faced legal proceedings.
