Herndon, Virginia’s Julio Camajuare, Kodee Matz arrested in Loudoun County
Julio Camajuare Cisneros, 66, and Kodee Michael Matz, 23, both residents of Herndon, Virginia, were arrested in a sting operation conducted by the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. They, along with four others, were charged with using communication systems to facilitate offenses involving children after allegedly trying to engage in sexual relationships with minors.
