Nguyen Van Son represented Vietnam and won the Mister Global 2016 title in Bangkok, competing against 20 contestants. The runners-up included Yuber Jimenez from Venezuela and Apiwit Kunadireck from Thailand. The crowning of the next Mister Global will occur on May 6, 2016, with 30 candidates participating.
