Wisconsin's David A. Kahl is a convicted murderer who killed University of Wisconsin-Madison student Brittany Sue Zimmermann in 2008. After a history of crime and mental illness, he admitted to the murder in 2022 and was sentenced to life in prison without parole in January 2023.
