In 2024, he faced charges for allegedly sexually assaulting two women.

Cindy Rodriguez Singh is a native of Dallas, Texas. She gave birth to Noel Rodriguez Alvarez in 2016. She is accused of killing him in Everman, Texas in 2022. FBI agents arrested her in India on August 20, 2025.

Honduras’s Pedro Espinoza arrested in Duval County, Florida by HSI, FBI
Pedro Danilo Espinoza Guiffaro, a 34-year-old Honduran with an Interpol red notice for murder, was arrested in Duval County, Florida, after being unlawfully present in the U.S. Despite being removed in 2022 and 2024, he returned without permission. He faces up to two years in federal prison if convicted.

Jamison R. Wagner, a 40-year-old electrical engineer from Albuquerque, is accused of arson targeting a Tesla showroom and the Republican Party office in New Mexico. FBI agents detain Carlsbad, California’s Alexander Paffendorf
