Alyssa Boston from Tecumseh, Ontario won the Miss Universe Canada 2019 title among 55 competitors. Megha Sandhu was the runner-up, followed by Sasha Lombardi, Bianca Foo, and Svetlana Mamaeva. Boston represented Canada at the Miss Universe 2019 but did not place. The 2020 competition will select her successor.
