Jose Rafael Marceleno, 53, is accused of murdering Guadalupe "Petey" Paredes in 1996. After the crime, he fled to Mexico, where he remained until his arrest in July 2023. Following extradition to the U.S. in December 2024, the U.S. Marshals arrested him in Del Rio, Texas, for the long-standing murder charge.
US Marshals arrest Waterbury, Connecticut’s Lance Benuet Morales in Fajardo, Puerto Rico
Lance "Macho" Benuet Morales, 23, was arrested in Puerto Rico and will be extradited to Connecticut. He is charged with murdering Jessiah Mercado and her infant son during a vehicle dispute. Morales, previously imprisoned for attempted assault, faces multiple serious charges. His bond is set at $3 million.

Omaha, Nebraska’s Dak Lam accused of shooting Keah Paljor, arrested by US Marshals in Westminster, Colorado
Keah Paljor, a 21-year-old from Omaha, was shot on October 12, 2024, allegedly by Dak Lam, 22. Paljor succumbed to his injuries after being transported to the hospital. An arrest warrant for Lam was issued on October 15, and he was eventually apprehended in Colorado, now facing first-degree murder charges.

Humboldt, Tennessee’s Antonio Pewitte arrested in Memphis by US Marshals
Antonio Jacques Pewitte, 37, from Humboldt, Tennessee, known as Shade, was arrested again following a history of domestic violence. After allegedly stabbing his former girlfriend multiple times on October 19, 2024, he fled. U.S. Marshals apprehended him in Memphis, charging him with attempted first-degree murder and aggravated domestic assault.

Isaias Medina Colon, a 34-year-old from Ponce, Puerto Rico, was arrested on June 7, 2024, under a warrant from Ohio for attempted rape and gross sexual imposition. US Marshals arrest Memphis, Tennessee’s Emmanuel Sampson, Latonya Livingston
Emmanuel Sampson, 27, from Memphis, has been arrested for the alleged robbery and murder of 21-year-old Amareus Henderson. The incident occurred on September 11, 2024, when Sampson and others confronted Henderson, stealing his wallet and gun before he was shot. Sampson was identified by witnesses and later apprehended by the U.S. Marshals. Latonya Livingston, 33, was also arrested as an accessory.
