Ruben Noel Sanchez, 29, and his brother Rubel Sanchez, 22, from Youngstown, Ohio, were convicted for their roles in a cocaine trafficking operation involving 17 suspects. Ruben received a 13-year sentence for drug offenses, while Rubel was sentenced to 10 years. Both sentences include supervised release afterward.
