The 60th edition of Miss Universe will take place at the Credicard Hall in São Paulo, Brazil on September 12, 2011. A total of 89 women are vying for the title as the successor of Miss Universe 2010 Ximena Navarrete, 23, of Mexico.
Navarette was crowned at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States on August 23, 2010. The respective first, second, third and fourth runners-up were Yendi Phillipps of Jamaica, Jesinta Campbell of Australia, Anna Poslavska of Ukraine and Venus Raj of the Philippines.
Based on the available videos, photos and information online, I predict that these Miss Universe 2011 candidates will make it to the Top 10 but will not move to the Top 5:
- Viviana Ortiz (Puerto Rico)
- Afërdita Dreshaj (Kosovo)
- Laury Thilleman (France)
- Catalina Robayo (Colombia)
- Gabrielle Walcott (Trinidad and Tobago)
I predict that these will be the winners:
Leila Lopes (Angola)
predicted Miss Universe 2011 fourth runner-up
.
Vanessa Goncalves (Venezuela)
predicted Miss Universe 2011 third runner-up
.
Luo Zilin (China)
predicted Miss Universe 2011 second runner-up
.
Priscila Machado (Brazil)
predicted Miss Universe 2011 first runner-up
.
Shamcey Supsup (Philippines)
