“Fury” co-actor Shia LaBeouf, 29, was arrested and booked into the Travis County Jail in Austin, Travis County, Texas, United States on October 8, 2015. He reportedly disobeyed police and was booked for misdemeanor public intoxication.
LaBeouf was either high on drugs or extremely drunk when he ran down the street outside a bar on 6th Street in Austin and jaywalked in front of police, an eyewitness told TMZ. Another eyewitness told the publication that the actor and a woman were too intoxicated so they were denied when they tried walking into a bar.
Infuriated, LaBeouf reportedly forced himself into the bar but he was blocked so he and the woman left. The woman has yet to be identified.
On February 9, 2014, LaBeouf arrived at the Berlin Film Festival red carpet in Berlin, Germany wearing a brown paper bag over his head. Written on the bag were the words “I am not famous anymore”.
On June 26, 2014, LaBeouf was arrested at the Studio 54 theater in New York City, New York, USA. He was charged with disorderly conduct, harassment and criminal trespass.
Along with Brad Pitt, LaBeouf starred in the war drama “Fury,” which was released on October 17, 2014. Also in the cast were Logan Lerman, Michael Pena, Jon Bernthal, Jim Parrack, Kevin Vance, Xaviel Samuel, Jason Isaacs, Anamaria Mrinca and Alicia von Rottberg.
LaBeouf is set to star in Andrea Arnold’s comedy drama “American Honey”, which will be released in 2016. Among his co-stars are Sasha Lane, McCaul Lombardi, Arielle Holmes, Crystal Ice, Veronica Ezell, Chad Cox, Garry Howll, Kenneth Kory Tucker, Isaiah Stone and Raymond Coalson.
