On June 6, 2016, Keren and Alfatov went back to Tel Aviv Port to crown their respective successors. Karin Alia of Kiryat Gat, Israel is Malkat Hayofi 2016 and Yam Kaspers Anshel of Herzliya, Israel is Na’arat Israel 2016.

Israel currently has one Miss Universe crown, which was won by Rina Messinger in 1976. The country also has one Miss World crown, which was won by Linor Abargil in 1998.
Keren was supposed to represent Israel at Miss World 2015 at the Crown of Beauty Theatre in Sanya, China on December 19, 2015. However, she withdrew from the competition.
On December 20, 2015, Alfatov represented Israel at Miss Universe 2015 and competed against 79 other candidates at The AXIS in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. She was unplaced.
Alfatov was born in Acre to Ukrainian Jewish parents. Her father is a graphic designer and her mother is a teacher.
