Danijel Kokora vs Ottman Azaitar at ‘Brave 14’ in Morocco

Danijel “Vitez: Kokora, 28, of Deliblato, Serbia and Ottman “Bulldozer” Azaitar, 28, of Cologne, Germany will headline the 14th event of Bahrain-based mixed martial arts promotion Brave Combat Federation. It will be the ninth event of the evening.

“Brave 14” will take place at the Omnisports Indoor Club of Tangier in Tangier, Morocco. It will be the first MMA event hosted by a global promotion in Africa.

This mars Kokora’s Brave CF debut. He is joining the promotion with a professional MMA record of 16 wins and 13 losses.

Kokora is currently riding a four-bout winning streak. Out of his 16 wins, 12 were via submission and 4 were via knockout.

The Serbian MMA fighter made his professional MMA debut on August 28, 2010 at “Ring of Fire Europe 2/3.” He defeated Nikola Jovancevic, 30, of Novi Sad, Serbia via technical knockout.

Both of Kokora’s two most recent bouts ended via submission via guillotine choke in the first round. He submitted Dusan Prodanovic of Novi Sad at “LEFC 5: MMA Fight Night” at 0:17 of Round 1 on May 3, 2018 and Radovan “Rade” Nedovic of Kragujevac, Serbia at “MMA Pit Bull Team: MMA War 4” at 0:50 of Round 1 on May 13, 2018.

On the other hand, Azaitar is an undefeated fighter with 9 wins. The German MMA fighter, who is of Moroccan descent, made a successful professional MMA debut on June 7, 2014 with a 19-second technical knockout victory at “SFC: Showdown Fight Night” over Patrick Talmon of Ludwigshaven, Germany.

On December 2, 2016, Azaitar made his Brave CF debut at “Brave 2: Dynasty.” He defeated Kevin Koldobsky via unanimous decision.

Azaitar had his second victory in Brave CF on March 31, 2017 at “Brave 4: Unstoppable.” He knocked out Charlie Leary of Harrow, Greater London, England via punches.

In Azaitar’s most recent bout, which was at “Brave 9: The Kingdom of Champions” on November 17, 2017, he knocked out Alejandro “Pato” Martinez, 27, of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico via punches. It was the fifth time that the German-Moroccan fighter won a bout via technical knockout via punches.
