The Rabbit is one of the 10 contestants of “The Masked Singer” Season 1 whose identities have yet to be revealed. Hosted by Nick Cannon, the Fox reality singing competition show features Ken Jeong, Nicole Scherzinger, Robin Thicke and Jenny McCarthy as the celebrity judges.
What we have learned after the unmasking of The Hippo as Antonio Brown in episode 1 titled “Mask on Face Off” and The Pineapple as Tommy Chong in episode 2 “New Masks on the Block” is that the objects presented as clues should not be taken literally. The Rabbit does not necessarily mean that he is a celebrity who loves rabbits.
“I’ve spent most of my life on stage,” The Rabbit said before he performed “Livin’ La Vida Loca” by Ricky Martin in “New Masks on the Block.” “But I was never alone. Now, I pop up here and I pop up there.”
This is not the first time The Rabbit has performed in a mask, he said. He claimed that he is well-versed in “synchronized singing.”
“You’d better believe the last mask standing is gonna be me,” The Rabbit said. This is reminiscent of the 2000 song “It’s Gonna Be Me” by the boy band NSYNC.
McCarthy asked The Rabbit if he had been in a band and the mystery contestant confirmed that he had. Here are the viewers three most common guesses after the recent episode:
Hugh Jackman was born in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia on October 12, 1968 to Christopher John Jackman and Grace McNeil Greenwood Jackman. From 1995 to 2007, Hugh released nine musical albums.
JC Chasez was one of the five members of the pop boy band NSYNC, which was active from 1995 to 2002. He was born in Bowie, Maryland, United States on August 8, 1976 and was adopted by Roy Chasez and Karen Chasez.
Joey Fatone was one of Chasez’s NSYNC bandmates. Fatone was born in Brooklyn, New York City, New York, USA on January 28, 1977 to Italian actor and musician Joseph Anthony Fatoner Sr. and Phyllis Fatone
