“Game of Thrones” Season 8 will premiere on HBO on April 14, 2019. The final season of the fantasy drama TV series has 20 actors in the main cast and seven actors in the supporting cast.

There will be six episodes in “Game of Thrones” Season 8. David Nutter directed the first two episodes.

Dave Hill wrote the season premiere while Bryan Cogman wrote episode 2. Nutter also directed episode 4, which was written by David Benioff and D. B. Weiss.

Benioff and Weiss co-directed and co-wrote the season finale. They also co-wrote episodes 3 and 5, which were both directed by Miguel Sapochnik.
