On August 4, 2019, the Miss World Philippines Organization announced the first 37 candidates who will compete for the Miss World Philippines 2019 title. The three remaining delegates were chosen from the Continental Miss World Philippines USA pageant based in Los Angeles, California, United States.
Miss World Philippines 2018 Katarina Sonja Rodriguez will crown her successor at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines on September 15, 2019. Six titles will be given including the Miss World Philippines 2019 crown.
