Miss United Continents 2019 Yamil Andrea Sáenz Castillo, 22, of Cuauhtémoc, Mexico will crown her successor at León Febres-Cordero Art Center Theater in Guayaquil, Guayas, Ecuador on September 28, 2019. It is the 14th edition of the international beauty pageant also known as Miss Continentes Unidos.

Maria del Carmen de Aguayo founded Miss United Continents in 2006. It is based in Ecuador.

Saenz was crowned Miss United Continents 2018 at Guayaquil Simón Bolívar Convention Center in Guayaquil on September 22, 2018. The respective first, second, third, fourth and fifth runners-up were Simone Gadegaard Andersen of Denmark, Ana Catalina Mouthón Porto of Colombia, Cynthia Ruz López Escobar of Spain, Belinde Bella Schreuder of South Africa and Nantapak Kraiha of Thailand.
